This is a 3-part series which will occur on the last Sunday of the month on the following dates: Sunday, June 25 - 4:00-5:30 p.m.; Sunday, July 30 - 4:00-5:30 p.m.; Sunday, August 20 - 4:00-5:30 p.m.

The content of these workshops builds, so it is recommended that you attend all three to get the most from the experience. However, we will revisit and review content throughout, so if you're unable to make a workshop, you're more than welcome to attend the others. 

If you're new to the workshop, we recommend you purchase a copy of the book Wherever You Go, There You Are by Jon Kabat-Zinn will be included as part of your purchase. This book will be referenced throughout the series.

The August Ascent is Udana's annual month-long wellness journey that focuses on committing to your health and encourages sharing in community. We've got a lot of great things in store for our fifth year!!!

We've decided to again donate all proceeds from this event to a charity. This year we've selected Interfaith Airport Meditation Room of Milwaukee‚Äč as the recipient of our donation. The intent of the Airport Meditation Room project is to create an artistic, peaceful setting for quiet reflection and meditation to benefit travelers, employees, airline crew members and visitors at Mitchell International Airport. The groundbreaking for this space is on Wednesday, July 19, and the organization can use support in furnishing the space. We are thrilled to support this organization!

Bring your partner or a friend and join us for a Partner Yoga Workshop! No partner? No worries, we can match you with someone. Just leave a note in the comments when you complete your purchase, letting us know you'll need a match. During this workshop, we'll explore a variety of partner yoga poses and assists as well as Thai Bodywork techniques. Expect to experience poses in a new way, and likely laugh quite a bit too!
