6:00 p.m. – Basic Flow (75 min., all levels)  – Molly 
 
Basic Flow is perfect for beginners and those continuing to grow their practice. With a mix of gentle vinyasa and hatha yoga, this practice will help you to feel your body, increase your flexibility and relieve stress. Yoga also awakens your soul! This class will feature other stress-reducing elements from the devotional practice of yoga called "Bhakti" to uplift you through mantra, music, and more! 


7:30 p.m. – Restorative Yoga with Essential Oils (75 min., all levels)  – Natascha
Restorative yoga uses blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks to totally support the body throughout the practice. It is a deeply relaxing practice that helps release tension in the muscles, quiet the mind and encourages restoration on all levels. You will explore, open, and balance your body through a series of restorative yoga poses. Essential oils are used to enhance the experience. This class is for all levels. 

TUESDAYS
11:00 a.m. – Gentle Stretch (60 min., all levels) – Tina  

Gentle Stretch is a basic yoga class suitable for all experience levels and is particularly great for those new to yoga. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.


6:00 p.m. – 4-week Beginner’s Series (60 min., all levels)  – Molly & Natascha  
Offered quarterly - Summer dates: July 18, 25, August 1, 8
This class is offered quarterly and is perfect for those who are new to yoga or looking to go back to basics. You'll build a foundation for yoga practice, learning various yoga postures and breathing techniques as well as proper alignment. Sign up for the full session $48 or drop-in at the regular $14 rate. We recommend signing up for the entire series, as class content builds on each week. Please view the "Series" section of our scheduling website (Accessible by selecting “Book Now” on our website) to sign up.


7:30 p.m. – Slow Flow (75 min., all levels)  – Natascha
Get in the flow with this slower-paced Vinyasa-inspired class. Vinyasa style focuses on linking the movement with the breath. The practice helps build endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility, while calming the mind and centering through the breath. This class moves at a slower pace than typical Vinyasa classes and will also incorporate yoga props. The class is good for those new to the Vinyasa style. We recommend you have some yoga experience prior to taking this class.

4:30 p.m. –  Connection (75 min., all levels)  – Kara (begins July 26)

Connection is a Hatha based yoga practice that influences the mind, body, and soul to connect. This class brings focus on the breath to help quiet inner chatter. There is always room to grow in yoga, so the postures in this class will challenge your body at your pace. Students will flow through a series of balancing, moon and sun salutations, and a short series of floor postures. Short meditation will follow after every practice. Connection is for every body at every level.


THURSDAYS

7:15 p.m. – Evening Align (75 min., all levels) – Missy  
This class is designed to refresh, refine and learn healthy alignment in fundamental yoga poses for individual body types. Use of props/modifications can be used to build strength, flexibility and stability in order to receive full benefit in each pose. This class is appropriate for all levels.


FRIDAYS

9:00 a.m. – Vinyasa Flow (75 min., all levels) – Val – Check here to confirm class schedule (class does not occur on dates of Essential Yoga workshop).
This vinyasa flow class engages students in a balance of strength and grace of movement, while linking breath with movement. Balance and flexibility will be explored as class progresses through a variety of postures. Students will be encouraged to try deeper posture variations, challenging postures such as arm balances and when appropriate, some inversions, yet will be reminded to honor their bodies and take what they need on that particular day. All levels are welcome, as modifications will be offered.
