6:00 p.m. – Basic Flow (75 min., all levels)  – Molly 
 
Basic Flow is perfect for beginners and those continuing to grow their practice. With a mix of gentle vinyasa and hatha yoga, this practice will help you to feel your body, increase your flexibility and relieve stress. Yoga also awakens your soul! This class will feature other stress-reducing elements from the devotional practice of yoga called "Bhakti" to uplift you through mantra, music, and more! 


7:30 p.m. – Restorative Yoga with Essential Oils (75 min., all levels)  – Molly 
Restorative yoga uses blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks to totally support the body throughout the practice. It is a deeply relaxing practice that helps release tension in the muscles, quiet the mind and encourages restoration on all levels. You will explore, open, and balance your body through a series of restorative yoga poses. Essential oils are used to enhance the experience. This class is for all levels. 

TUESDAYS
11:00 a.m. – Gentle Stretch (60 min., all levels) – Tina  

Gentle Stretch is a basic yoga class suitable for all experience levels and is particularly great for those new to yoga. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.


6:00 p.m. – 4-week Beginners Series (75 min., all levels) – Molly (Offered once a quarter; next dates: Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29)
Udana's Beginners Series is a 4-week session offered quarterly. This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga or for those who are looking to "go back to basics." In this class, you'll learn various yoga postures and breathing techniques as well as proper alignment. Sign up for the full session $48 or drop-in at the regular $15 rate. 7:30 p.m. - Slow Flow (75 min., all levels) - Melissa 

Get in the flow with this slower-paced Vinyasa-inspired class. Vinyasa style focuses on linking the movement with the breath. The practice helps build endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility, while calming the mind and centering through the breath. This class moves at a slower pace than typical Vinyasa classes and will also incorporate yoga props. The class is good for those new to the Vinyasa style.


WEDNESDAYS
9:00 a.m. – Yoga for Every Body (60 min., all levels) – Lindsay

Yoga for Every Body is a “come-as-you-are” class for anyone who’s feeling shy about yoga. This class requires zero flexibility or experience and is a great fit for students who are new or returning to yoga. Props are used to tailor each pose to your body today and create space for aches and pains to melt away. Learn how to lovingly respond to your body’s cues.


THURSDAYS

12:30 p.m. – Adaptive Chair Yoga (60 min., all levels) – Tina  

In Adaptive Chair Yoga participants use a chair as a prop to support the practice. Seated and standing postures are incorporated. No matter your experience level or age, a chair can be a useful tool to not only make various movements and poses more accessible, but also enhance your experience throughout the practice. This class is all-levels appropriate, and is offered at $8/class rate for those 55+.


SATURDAYS

SUNDAYS
11:00 a.m. – Yin (75 min., all levels) – Marie

​​Yin is a style of yoga that uses time to gently stretch your connective tissues , help you focus your mind, and breathe deeply.  Focusing on the area from knees to navel, we’ll open the hips, flex the spine, and increase mobility. Yin is a great way to offset the negative effects of sitting.



                                

Udana offers a variety of classes to meet any experience level. Most of our classes are considered "all levels" appropriate, unless otherwise indicated in the class description. What does that mean? It means that, no matter your experience level, you'll fit right in. We are a very beginner friendly studio.
